All models are capable of storing multiple jobs into memory which can be accessed and set up at the touch of a button. Options such as Optical Mark Recognition are available to process jobs which have a varying number of documents to be inserted into each envelope. OMR also offers enhanced security, the ability for target marketing and sorting of finished pieces.
A complete line of desktop inserters is available to meet your individual needs. Automated folding and inserting can be cost-justified with mailings as small as a few hundred pieces per week. In addition, Formax inserters are capable of growing with your demands at rates of up to 4,300 inserts per hour and up to 120,000 inserts per month. Our 6900 Series Inserters even offer the ability to insert documents into flats and regular sized envelopes on-the-fly, or to insert thin booklets up to 1/8" in thickness.
